The parliament of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) recently enacted an amendment to the RMI Associations Law.
Amended sections include:
- § 80 of the Business Corporations Act
- § 37 of the Revised Partnership Act
- § 12 and 32 of the Limited Partnership Act
- § 11 and 22 of the Limited Liability Company Act
The amendments have been incorporated into the courtesy copy of the RMI Associations Law found here.
