Mail Forwarding for Non-Resident Domestic RMI Entities
Although The Trust Company of the Marshall Islands, Inc. (TCMI) address in the RMI should only be used as the registered agent’s address, clients often include TCMI’s address on letterhead or invoices, resulting in general business mail for the entity arriving at TCMI.
If mail for your entity has been sent to the RMI, please note that TCMI does not forward general business correspondence received at its address in the RMI.
Clients may inquire if mail for their entity has been received in the RMI by contacting TCMI at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clients who wish to have their business mail forwarded should please contact the MI Management Company (MIMC) at email@example.com.
Upon payment of the fees, MIMC will, in cooperation with TCMI, forward business mail received in the RMI on a regular basis. Alternatively, upon request of the client, MIMC will forward on a “once only” basis important packages sent to the RMI. For clients who have a number of entities, MIMC offers bulk discounted rates for the mail forwarding service which comes with the option to add new entities at no extra cost.
