Payments, Returns & Refunds
Payments – All fees, charges and taxes are due in advance of the provision of any service provided by The Trust Company of the Marshall Islands, Inc., and its affiliates (“TCMI”) to the user. As the need for a service is frequently time-sensitive, TCMI may provide any service in advance of payment on a case-by-case basis. TCMI reserves the right to require payment in advance of the provision of any service. A “service” includes use of TCMI products, services or any other features, technologies or functionalities offered by TCMI on the website or through any other means.
Returns & Refunds – Payments are collected by TCMI for the provision of services and as such, returns are not possible. Users are responsible for ordering the correct service.
In the event of overpayment or a payment is made in error or duplicate, TCMI will advise the user of any overpayment or error and, at the user’s direction, will apply the overpayment to any other outstanding invoice or as pre-payment of statutory fees. In the event that this proves impractical, a check in US Dollars for the amount of the overpayment will be sent to the user.
