Leon Wu

Mr. Wu has worked with IRI Shanghai since 2008 and became Manager of IRI’s Shanghai office in 2010. He has extensive experience relating to ship registration, ship financing, foreign investment structure planning, and general corporate matters. Mr. Wu has substantial connections in the maritime, ship building, ship finance, and offshore corporate industry in China. Mr. Wu holds two degrees, a Bachelors of Economics and a Bachelors of Arts from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Wu completed his Executive Master of Business Administration core curriculum at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
