The Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) Registry sponsored a cocktail reception at Marine Money’s Singapore Offshore Finance Forum in March. Despite the severe downturn in the offshore industry, the forum was attended by over 160 delegates.
The reception, held at the rooftop pool of the Mandarin Oriental concluded the forum with both delegates from the forum and other industry stakeholders.
