Representatives from Baltimore/Annapolis, Fort Lauderdale, Geneva, London, Long Beach, Majuro, New York, Piraeus, Reston, and Vancouver attended the meeting in person

Action items from MSG meetings focus on the Registry’s strategic goals and often serve to directly enhance client service. The meeting focused on the quality management system, which is of paramount importance to delivering a consistent and responsive service through a decentralized organization.  Interoffice and departmental relationships fostered at these ‘all-hands’ meetings strengthen the one-team philosophy, supporting seamless client service worldwide.
