We were proud to attend and present at the Chartworld Shipping Corporation/ VShips Cyprus Senior Officers Training Seminar held on 16 November 2018 in Limassol, Cyprus. 50 senior officers, including Masters, Chief Officers, Chief Engineers, and Second Engineers attended the seminar. IRI’s Capt Theodore Lalas presented to the group on the topic of port State control (PSC) inspections and the role of the flag State, as well as on how to avoid or rectify common deficiencies.
