International Registries, Inc., as Administrator of the Corporate and Maritime Programs for the Republic of the Marshall Islands, is pleased to announce the official opening of a new office in Miami which will serve the Gulf Coast and Latin America.

This new full service office offers corporate formation services, as well as vessel registration and mortgage recording services to both the legal and shipping communities.

The office is staffed by Captain Ari W. Kahila, Ana Franco-Olaverri, and Joseph Vitigliano.

Captain Kahila is a native of Finland and is fluent in many languages, including English and Spanish. He has extensive experience as a Master of cruise vessels and offshore oil rigs.

Ms. Franco-Olaverri graduated from the Maritime College at Fort Schuyler, New York. Prior to her joining IRI, she was on the staff of the Panamanian (New York) Marine Safety Office, Technical Affairs Department. She will be working out of both IRI's New York and Miami offices. Her language fluency includes English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Joseph Vitagliano spent two years in IRI's Reston office working with Corporate Services and the Marketing Department. He will be providing administrative and corporate support services.
