The following is a listing of documents required by international agreement to be on board Marshall Islands flag vessels in addition to the Ship Radio Station License, Certificates of Competency of the Radio Operator or Operators and Radio Log.

These requirements apply to all Marshall Islands flag vessels equipped with ship radio stations.

1. ITU List of Call Signs and Numerical Identities of Stations used by the Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Services;
2. ITU List of Coast Stations;
3. ITU List of Ship Stations;
4. ITU List of Radio determination and Special Service Stations;
5. ITU Manual for use by the Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Services; and
6. Telegraph tariffs of the countries for which the station most frequently accepts radiotelegrams.

Radiotelephone Installations:

1. ITU List of Coast Stations; and
2. ITU Manual for use by The Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Service.

GMDSS Fitted Installations:

1. ITU List of Call Signs and Numerical Identities of Stations used by the Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Services;
2. ITU List of Coast Stations;
3. ITU List of Ship Stations;
4. ITU List of Radio determination and Special Service Stations; and
5. ITU Manual for use by the Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Services.

Maintenance Agreements: While not a requirement, it is recommended that vessels, for which there has been a shore-based maintenance agreement made, have a copy of the agreement on board.
